Mushroom forest

The mushroom Forest was a Lino cut assignment for my Lino cut class while in college, The objective was to recreate an image but instead simplifying it and to make the image using the basic points from the original source material. 

 

For mine I took the mushrooms from the original media and then added all the foliage and creating the small forest like space. I had a few variants and so the additions for this particular print were quite limited. 

As well as this was the second piece to a two part mushroom series.
